Hi! I am Trinecia Moore-Pernell and I love telling the human story. I remember the exact moment I knew story telling was my calling. I was 8 years old, watching my favorite movie of all time ‘Sarafina!’ 

Growing up in Tucson, AZ I joined every local theatre company I could. Later, I minored in theatre at Northern Arizona University as I achieved my Bachelors of Science Degree in Humanities.

Some of my career highlights include, the Independent Drama ‘Life On Earth’, winner of the Sandhills Film Festival Best Dramatic short Award and cast by famed Casting Director Tracy ‘Twinkie’ Byrd where I portrayed a vulnerable yet equally strong willed young woman who’s struggling to find her way. On the flip side, I played the sassy, sarcastic, seductive sex kitten in the comedic gem ‘See Dick Run’ starring funny man and comedian Kel Mitchell. Most recently, I had the honor of working with award winning Director/Writer Deon Hayman in his comedy The Bathroom Attendant, an official selection of the prestigious Martha’s Vineyard African American Film Festival. 

I’m consistently learning, studying with notable teachers in LA, such as Aaron Spieser and Stuart Rogers. I take pride in the discovery of what makes each character, each person, uniquely them. To open and give of myself completely, acting is all about communicating truthfully and that is what I love do. 

For the last year, I have been running classical theater workshops. I also recently began production on an independent movie that I co-wrote with my collaboration group. To hear more of what I am up to, follow me on social media.
